Return and refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
- Requested within 30 days
Return Process & Requirements
- Request a Return – To initiate a return, you must contact us at info@rivenclo.com before sending anything back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
- Return Shipping Label – We will provide a return shipping label if your request is accepted. You must use this label to send the item back.
- Return Shipping Costs – Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Proof of Return – If your return is approved, you must provide:
- A valid return receipt from your chosen courier
- A tracking number for the return shipment
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
To prevent misuse of our return policy and reduce unnecessary environmental impact, orders containing the same item in different sizes while on sale will not be eligible for a full refund, regardless of whether the products are returned to our warehouse.
We strongly encourage customers to refer to our detailed size charts before purchasing. If you need assistance selecting the right size, our customer service team is always happy to help ensure the perfect fit.
In addition, certain types of items cannot be returned, like worn, washed, or damaged items that are not in their original condition. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the exchange. If your requested item is out of stock, we will issue store credit instead.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
